Welcome Todd Jackson, our new Executive Chef!

 

Chef Todd comes to us with over 28 years in culinary experience.  Besides being a certified pastry chef, Todd's experience also includes food, sanitation, food cost management and he has subperb cooking skills. 

Todd is a proclaimed self-motivator!  His motto is "Getting the job done and taking care of the client".  His attitude is both postive and level-headed. 

Chef Todd was the Gold Medal Winner 1998 for the La. Gold Culinary Competition in the Poultry Category.  Also, Todd was featured on television iin Vegas for his spectacular dessert, "Elvis' Last Meal."

Past events Todd oversaw include the PGA Golf Tour, which served thousands of golfers, family and friends.

Feel free to introiduce to Chef Todd when visiting the dining hall!  We are very fortunate to have such an extraordinary member on our team.

 

Dining Policies and Procedures

Here at Xavier, we want to ensure that every guest has a wonderful dining experience!  The following policies are provided by Xavier University Administration:

  • Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining.
  • Please refrain from taking dishes or utensils from the dining area.
  • Remember that Meal Cards are non-transferable.  Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.  The use of another's meal card is prohibited and enforced by Xavier Administration.  Failure to adhere to this policy could result in disciplinary measures.
  • This is an all-you-care-to-eat facility where entry requires a meal card (validated i.d.) or cash.  No exceptions.
  • Though this is an open facility, multiple re-entry is not allowed.
  • No shoes, no shirt, no service.
  • All food is to be consumed during your visit.  Take outs are prohibited.  Food storage materials are prohibited.
  • If you have purchased Rushbuck$, you are welcome to purchase meals for others.  Both parties must be present to receive services.
